I've been going to this service dept. and dealership for over 30 yrs which tells you something. I have always been pleased, and Nick (service mgr) and Johnny (tech) always take good care and dealership for over 30 yrs which tells you something. The last few years they've had to deal with supply chain issues, parts availability, and other labor issues, but they have always found a way to make it work! More
I found you online on my ford app, they took such good care of me and the waiting area was awesome and so were the ladies in the maintenance department and the female sales mng. When I arrived I told the service manager I wanted the $39.00 oil change special. But I had forgotten my coupon I received in the mail. So he told me he could do it for $49.00. I said ok. Then about 5 minutes later he came in the waiting room to let me know he had to charge me $59.00 because my truck was a V8 and it took more oil. I said okay.. When my truck was finished I went to pay the bill and they charged me $99.00 Why???? More
I recently bought a 2022 Ford Ranger from here. Initially it was a nice experience. Negotiating was not too bad. the bad part and the reason for 3 stars is because my salesman, did not exactly have Initially it was a nice experience. Negotiating was not too bad. the bad part and the reason for 3 stars is because my salesman, did not exactly have much knowledge when it came to the features available in the vehicles I was looking at. He mainly just wanted you to test drive it and would reply with "I will find out for you". I feel a salesman should know their product they're selling. re at least have some kind of knowledge. The worst part of the whole experience was with financing. I came into the dealership with my financing in order already, I had an approved loan through my own bank and my jeep to trade in. You would think with having the buying power ready it would be a piece of cake to go in and sign for what you want. Well, not here. After agreeing to buy the truck, it took them 3 hours!! just to get me to the finance guy to sign my documents. Even though I brought in my own financing, they still took 3 hours to even get me to sign anything. I left the dealership after 9:30pm, needless to say, any excitement I had about driving my new truck off the lot was gone by that time. I just wanted to get home. UPDATE: 9 months later I receive a recall notice for my windshield. Clearly stated to make an appointment with your nearest authorized dealership for a free repair/replacement. Apparently the glue or sealant they used initially wears off fairly quickly. So I make an appointment and was told the dealership would schedule a glass company to come and replace my windshield. The day of the appointment I arrive and I am told that if the windshield isn’t presenting any issues yet that they cannot replace it. First, I guess I have to wait for the windshield to fly off or find my vehicle flooded inside in a rainy day for it to be replaced?? Second, what a waste of my time to even go through all this scheduling process just to be told they cannot do anything on a RECALL!!! Worst service at this place it’s ridiculous! More
I received my expedition serviced. Tune up and oil change. I have to say that I was there half the day because I had no ride but I got to see the great service Barb gives to everyone. The check out desk is patient. They have donuts out for you to eat. Comfy seats. Clean bathrooms. Great people to have conversation with. My truck is running smooth. Barbara my service rep was the BEST part of my experience. The recalls on my vehicle was not completed because of parts needed that the dealership did not have and did NOT make me aware of until I experience. I think that is poor communication especially when you have someone’s only means of transportation. More
