I had a terrible experience when my transmission failed in Little Rock, Ar. Had to locate rental car to get home, & the dealership in Little Rock could not look @ my Expedition for 3 weeks. However, Wolfch in Little Rock, Ar. Had to locate rental car to get home, & the dealership in Little Rock could not look @ my Expedition for 3 weeks. However, Wolfchase AutoNation Ford said they could handle sooner. I had my vehicle towed to Bartlett & my local dealership ordered my transmission. Nick Rowell provided excellent service & kept me up to date on my repaired. The transmission was initially back ordered, but actually arrived a week early & my transmission was replaced that week. I am grateful for the excellent service I received. I’m obviously not happy my transmission failed with less than 10,000 miles, but I am happy with the excellent service I received. No Stars the worst dealership ever. Why did Dobbs ever sell to these people. We bought about 6 cars in about 15 years with Dobbs and got tremendous service but not these clowns.
