Love the dealership and had a great experience purchasing my truck. Also loved the fact that the general manager reached out to me about a recall saying that they wanted to first take care of the folks who my truck. Also loved the fact that the general manager reached out to me about a recall saying that they wanted to first take care of the folks who purchased from them. Even stated that they would fill my truck up with gas and would have a lender vehicle for me. I brought my truck in and the service department guy sat in his chair while greeting me and hollered for the service manager, showing very little in customer service. The younger manager came out and started the paperwork but again with very little customer service mannerisms. An older customer service manager came out, however, and immediately was engaging. Talking to me, building rapport, even joking about the Longview motors sticker that was still in the tailgate from when I purchased it saying that it should have been removed prior. He was very engaging and making sure that I was taken care of. I received a brand new form explorer as a lender vehicle but it only had 20 miles worth of gas in it. It took more than a day to get the recall completed so I had the loaner for about 4 days. When I turned it in, I had a half tank of gas in it and the customer service reps just sat in their bar stools to “greet” me. Then the younger manager completed my paperwork and pulled my truck up. When I got in my truck, not only was the tank not filled but the Longview sticker wasn’t taken all the way off. If everyone on the customer service team only had more of a customer service mindset like the older manager, the experience would have been amazing More
