I’m really proud of my dealership! I say my dealership because they make me feel like I’m at home when I’m there. The wait is not so bad when you have other customers to enter act with. Conversations may start with your vehicle and why you are there, but they branch out into so many different directions. I can just say, I love the atmosphere that you provide in your facility! I bring my books and computer with me to study, but always in up in a conversation with another customer. I have been using this dealership since 2008. I have moved to Horn Lake, and I still return to use this Service Department. Lee Gault is Outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and always greets me with a smile. I originally scheduled just an oil change & if my recall part was in to install that as well. Two days before, my appointment, I called Lee to let him know I just went over 60k & thought I might need additional Maintenance. He assigned a technician to handle all the service & insure my recall part was installed. Lee called me several times to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle and that he would need to keep it overnight to finish the next day. I appreciated him keeping me in the loop, and when it was ready, he again called me & I picked it up. Lee is definitely an asset to your Service Department, and I appreciate his commitment to Serving his Customers. Thank You. More
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and after dropping my vehicle off at the service center, I waited in their lobby for almost 4 hours before my vehicle was ready. The only reason I chose to hav dropping my vehicle off at the service center, I waited in their lobby for almost 4 hours before my vehicle was ready. The only reason I chose to have my oil changed at the dealership was because I was given 12 complimentary oil changes after they had my car at the dealership for 3 months to fix an electrical issue under warranty. I understand that all dealerships and auto repair shops are extremely backed up and are having trouble getting parts, but some communication that it might take a while before they could get to my car would've been nice so I could have arranged plans to leave and come back. The only reason I still gave 3 stars for a rating is because, even though communication was lacking, the employees were nice and I didn't have any issues with the oil change itself. More
