My problem wasn't the work they did it was all the harassment after the work was done. 2 text messages, 3 emails and even a phone call where I told them to take me off their call list. They seem to think I owe them something when it was I that paid them. I would of been fine with one call checking I was satisfied but the constant harassment I out of line. More

Scheduled an oil change for 3pm and informed the dealer would be waiting. Truck didn't move till after 4pm. Still no word from my service writer. After almost 2 hours my truck comes back.
