My problem wasn't the work they did it was all the harassment after the work was done. 2 text messages, 3 emails and even a phone call where I told them to take me off their call list. They seem to think I owe them something when it was I that paid them. I would of been fine with one call checking I was satisfied but the constant harassment I out of line. More
Scheduled an oil change for 3pm and informed the dealer would be waiting. Truck didn't move till after 4pm. Still no word from my service writer. After almost 2 hours my truck comes back. I have a white f1 would be waiting. Truck didn't move till after 4pm. Still no word from my service writer. After almost 2 hours my truck comes back. I have a white f150, there is oil marks all over the driver front fender. Get in and the entire center console is covered in oil. I have 4 free remaining oil changes, needless to say I'll never return. More

I was told when arriving at the dealer that our service visit was cancelled. They still serviced the vehicle, but they had never notified us of any cancellation.
