Can not repair but still charged almost $2000.00 Too my car to be repaired on the 4th. We told them it was doing the same thing it was repaired for in Sc in Sept. Told it was. He called and said that didn't work and they had no idea what was wrong. Called later and now it is the Abs ,system and cost is up to &1950.00. Called on the 8th. And said the wrong parts had been sent and it would be ready on the 10th.Well it was ready at 9:15 on the 11th so we got someone to go with us to drive it home because being raised in the south and only being here for 5 weeks I did not want to drive in the snow. We paid the bill and started to leave and..you guessed it...the brakes still went to the floor so we had to leave it. He called later and said to pick it up tomorrow that the brakes are suppose to be like that??if those brakes are not repaired... I may have to spend my money on someone that they will listen to?????? More

I have a tear in my weather/rubber stripping on the drivers side. On the body of the car. Tear is about 6 inches long. Chris the manager said, "ITS NOT COVERED" without even investigating any further. I was very upset. I was totally treated wrong by your manager. I went back to Amherst Ford where I had bought my car. The manager was very nice and said "we will take a picture and send it to FORD" I am going tomorrow to get my "NEW WEATHER STRIPPING put on by the Amherst Ford Dealership"!!!! NO CHARGE! COVERED ITEM SO PLEASE, LET YOUR MANAGER CHRIS KNOW HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! Chris also said, "Good Luck with getting this covered"! Please notify your staff as well as Chris your manager, to take the time to see if things are covered! I hope this doesn't happen to the next person. Very upset, Trudy Pretzlaf More
06 in for service get car back all ok for 14 days. Car dies dealer has it for three days can not figure out what is wrong give car back to me at no charge and are very magnanimous about this fact. Car dies 2 days latter and I need it towed 40 miles and a rental no longer so magnanimous. Pay for the repair I am ok with that but pay for the tow and the rental. Service after the sales is lacking.
