Went in for routine oil change. Always a pleasure to be there. Very professional, accurate and friendly. Had my car there for a week, I guess for what ended up being an $800 oil change. They didn't address the wheel noise, and somehow missed the cracked windshield that I asked to have replaced. This is the same dealership service center that for 3 years told me the transmission issues I was having were "normal," even though Ford ended up recalling the problem after thousands of us kept complaining and a class action lawsuit was filed. Definitely not returning. More

Very unhappy with the problem, but that is because of the quality of the product, not the service department. Rear end problems caused my tires to wear rapidly and now there is a recall, but no parts to fix quality of the product, not the service department. Service adviser Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping getting things resolved. He got everything taken care of and then some in a very timely manner and kept me updated throughou knowledgeable in helping getting things resolved.
