I brought my car in to get looked at because the “check engine” light came on and after a short time I was told that a new engine was needed. I was in shock but after talking with the service associate he engine” light came on and after a short time I was told that a new engine was needed. I was in shock but after talking with the service associate he told me that the job was under warranty and it would not cost me a penny. I was given a free loaner car for the five days that it took to install the new engine. I really appreciated the honesty and customer service that I was given and I will continue trusting them will all my cars service needs. More

We have purchased vehicles and had all of our vehicles serviced at AutoNation Ford Westlake since 2008. It has always been a favorable experience and we know they were being repaired correctly. Over the years we have had some competent Service Advisors but none like Mellissa Goodson. She has a terrific customer service disposition which makes the overall experience significantly better. Melissa is very good about informing us of the latest developments, options, and very accurate estimated timelines. One of the cornerstones of superior service is meaningful communication and this is an area Melissa excels in. Keeping a customer apprised of the progress and taking the time to patiently explain the developments makes all the difference. Her updates were always very timely and informative. These foundational practices coupled with a tenacity for troubleshooting and inspection of different systems makes her a superstar for AutoNation Ford Westlake. Melissa Goodson is a talented and service oriented ambassador of this wonderful dealership and should be recognized as such. Particularly in this day and age this level of performance, attentiveness, and customer service is rare, but great to find. Denise is always available and goes the extra mile (literally) to pick up your vehicle and bring it to the dealership for your purchase.
