An app't for my recall issue was scheduled to my convenience. It was taken care of within the time agreed upon; but the usual "overall" checks of other components (fluid fills, etc.) did not convenience. They always do a good job of scheduling the appointment day/time I need. If the repair is going to take all day, they give me a ride home or a loaner.
