The dealership and service department are great. They completed the oil change and the minor repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. Unfortunately after completion of the windshield washer reservoir re completed the oil change and the minor repairs that I brought my vehicle in for. Unfortunately after completion of the windshield washer reservoir replacement, it was not filled and I did not figure it out until after I was on the road. That's my fault for not checking before I drove away. Either way I will still recommend Auto Nation Westlake to anyone for both sales and service. More
UPDATE MARCH 2022 I Finally got the right people to put eyes on this. The dealer agreed to diagnose my car to find out if the transmission work previously performed needed additional repair. They thoroughly inspected the car and I was completely satisfied with my results and with the customer service experience. Thank you autonation Ford Westlake for rectifying this situation. Jan 2022 If I could give negative stars to this place I would. Thier staff is lazy, they didn't document the full extent of the work I needed on my car, they are incompetent, when I called to schedule my apt the receptionist transferred me 3 times to other depts before they all transferred me back to her and finally I was sent to a service managers voicemail, the customer service agent they gave me when I came in for my visit couldn't even find the paperwork for the issue I brought it in for, she said it wasn't in thier system oasis and if it's not in oasis it's not for my car. I had to send it to them and once I did they confirmed it was applicable but since the service manager failed to document my paperwork properly that my window for that service had expired and to top it all off he RETIRED. To make matters worse after i came in an spoke with him before his retirement and it was per his recommendation that i schedule all the work at once and he would call me when my parts were in, HE NEVER called. I had to leave him 3 messages before he returned my call weeks later!. He scheduled my apt and when i came in my parts were not in, and to add insult to injury since he didnt document properly they are refusing to perform the work now saying its out of warranty and since he retired nobody cares. They also told me they didn't have to perform inspection on a current recall. When I called Ford they said the dealer INDEED needed to inspect it. The service manager never returned my phone calls or emails. Autonation also never returned my phone calls or emails. When I picked up my vehicle it was parked way in the back of the lot, and they sent me out to get it myself. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!. after 3 complaints to ford customer service, 2 complaints to auto nation no one cared or even called back. It wasn't until I contacted the Better Business Beareu finally got a response back... not even a caring or concerned one either, finally after a 2nd complaint the manager said to call him...we will see if he helps... I will re-review based on my next interraction.. for now, I strongly recommend you don't go here. I purchased my car here and stopped having it serviced Here due to the lack of response and unfriendliness of the staff. Instead of bashing them on a review I decided to just go somewhere else but now everyone needs to know how horrible this place is.. More
They are in the same situation all of us business owners are in. Lack of help, not enough people wanting to work. This being said, they have steeped up their game in trying to make sure their "SERVICE" i are in. Lack of help, not enough people wanting to work. This being said, they have steeped up their game in trying to make sure their "SERVICE" is up to their commitment. And they do make it happen. Our vans have to be on the road and when they are down or need service, we need to be able to count on a good "SERVICE" provider and Westlake Auto Nation, especially Barry Tabor, he makes sure it happens. In my years of working with this dealer ship this man has always made things happen. He is VERY customer orientated. Hopefully we will all see the search for employees be come a reality and we can grow our businesses. Thanks for Barry making things happen. More
