The customer service was good. Getting my vehicle in was simple with the online scheduling, but an additional confirmation to the automatic one would have been appreciated just s Getting my vehicle in was simple with the online scheduling, but an additional confirmation to the automatic one would have been appreciated just so I know I am really on the schedule (I've had that at other places where I show up and they don't know why). I also had difficulty understanding the technician when called to update me on my vehicle's service because he seemed to be speaking fastc and soft. While I believe they did what they said, unfortunately, some of the issues were not resolved. More
Melissa in the service department is very professional & friendly. Communication is timely & thorough. I love AutoNation Ford Westlake. ! They have always taken great care of my car. They have great customer service too. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion , and I only take my car to AutoNation ! The service department failed to contact me in any way when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as when the part needed, and ordered by this service department, arrived but then sent back. Also, apparently, there was no easily available record as to me bringing my car in for diagnosis in January which led to the part being ordered in the first place. So, I had to bring my car back in for a re-assessment and it’s been two weeks and I have yet to receive any follow up contact -again. Ugh. More
