Overall I am pleased with my purchase, and service. I am however dismayed that shortly after purchasing my vehicle I let them know about noise coming from the brakes. My salesman said they just put new brakes on it and they needed to break in. Then when I took it for another issue I tried to tell the service lady about the brake noise, she just said that there was nothing found, regarding the first problem, and walked away while I was trying to explain the brake noise. Also I had to retrieve my vehicle from outside in bad weather. I brought the vehicle in for maintenance service, and was treated much better by a different service writer, Ashley. She has only been there a short time, but she took the time to listen to me and address the issue. My car was cleaned and brought to me in the service area indoors. I will still utilize the service department as I have an extended warranty, and the service department does good work. Our previous purchase was thru this dealership and went well. More
