Absolutely fantastic customer service - the reason I keep coming back! I had a nail in my tire and called all over to see if I could bring in on a holiday weekend. We had our 2014 Focus serviced at another dealer twice previously and they could not find a problem or tell us why the battery kept going dead. Never get service on a Saturday. multipoint inspection was a joke. Tires had 39 pounds in the front and 31 pounds in the rear. They were checked as ok. Charged $2.99 for windshield washer fluid when I had topped off the reservoir the day before. Charged $13.94 per quart of synthetic oil when retail at Auto zone is just over 6 dollars per quart. Total cost of my service was $119.56.... For an oil change? BTW I was never quoted an estimate and the paperwork stated the "authorized estimate was modified" I was not notified of that either. More
