I have had a few issues with this service department. They have a lack of communication, they don’t pay attention to details unless it suits them. If you do have a problem they will say they want the opp They have a lack of communication, they don’t pay attention to details unless it suits them. If you do have a problem they will say they want the opportunity to make it right but never call you back. I would rate my experience at 2 maybe 3 out of 10 and that’s only because there are a few people there that try. I’ve had everything from dishonest assessments, neglect to inform about critical break issues, and the lack of communication. I would love to be able to take my vehicle to a place that listened and cared especially when you purchase your vehicle there and purchase a warranty with them. They don’t seem to care and always make it seem like you are an inconvenience. I got regular oil changes almost every two months because of a commute they waited until I was almost “metal on metal” with my rear breaks to tell me I needed them. You had to fight with them to get a rental if you needed one. I needed diagnostic work done and told them that. They informed me the day before my appointment that they don’t do that work on Saturdays. So I’d have to reschedule another month out for that work. They said they would make it right. Never got a call back or a call in general. They don’t care! They just want your money. More
Came in for an oil change - after waiting an hour, they came out and said my lug nuts had swollen and they couldn't rotate the tires, unless they broke them off and replaced. I get that unexpected things happen with cars, but why it took 1 hour for an oil change and then to receive the update. They should have been able to give me an update a lot sooner. They replaced them, which took another 50 minutes. In the end, they did apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a discount on the service for the day, which was unexpected and appreciated. Better efficiency would go a long way for both the employees and customers! More
