It took 1 year to get my factory recall on my brake pads installed! This is the 9 th ford vehicle I have purchased, and It was really a hassle to get an appointment to schedule a recall on my new car for installed! This is the 9 th ford vehicle I have purchased, and It was really a hassle to get an appointment to schedule a recall on my new car for the brake issue . And it still makes a squeaking noise, so I don’t feel the matter is resolved. Ashley was very nice, But the service department is definitely under staffed , I had to ask to fill washer fluid and wash my vehicle , which used to be standard on service appointments and 10 point check ups . Definitely not the same service I am used to More

While needing car repairs is never good, at least it's always a good experience when we take our vehicle to AutoNation Ford Westlake. They even washed it and we only took it in for a diagnostic test.
