As much as I like this dealership, (I bought two new vehicles from them and sent my nephew in and he purchased) the service I received when bringing my Ranger for a R&R of the windshield per a recall. It took almost 2 weeks to get a glass company in to do the glass. For that, I will not fault them. But I will for the promised calls that didn't come. Also when I picked up the truck, it had bodyshop dust on it outside and on the dash and door panels. Rather than put myself through anymore, I took my truck home and cleaned it myself. I definitely expected better. More

Then Dave Solomon came in and asked about whether we had thought about our 2020 escape future since lease was running out in several months! My wife and I have been talking about that subject and researching our options. He asked if we had a decision and I said we were leaning toward leasing if it fit into our budget since my wife was now retired and we're both on social security now! He asked if he could work up a price for an exact clone of our current Escape and came back in a few minutes with a quote! when we went over the contract i said it was a little bit too high so he went back to the finance manager twice to get the price down close to our budget that was acceptable for us. This would be the sixth Escape we purchased from AutoNation Westlake and we have always been treated very well like family and most likely will come back again when this lease is expired. I have never had such good treatment from any of the previous dealers that I have dealt with over the last fifty years! It all has to do with the friendly and courtesy of all the people within this dealership. The best dealership ever. I would rate it at 10 stars if you had the space, especially Ashley and Dave. Thankyou very much and keep up the excellent work!! More
Had our Ford ranger in for a recall about air bags. All went well, however we are still not sure what was completed. The recall was for air bags, but only the drivers side was replaced. I had my car in for one recall in Nov. The following June my car had a big item break which turns out was under recall already when I had my car in with them in Nov. Walked in for an oil change, not knowing I had to/should have made an appointment on a saturday early afternoon. At first I was told they would have it finished around 3. But 5 minutes later, Ashley was a have made an appointment on a saturday early afternoon. At first I was told they would have it finished around 3. But 5 minutes later, Ashley was able to get it in and ready in about 45 minutes! Thanks Ashley (and the tech who squeezed me in) More
