I was disappointed. Dropped my vehicle off for routine maintenance service. I have the service warranty and the vehicle has 34K+ miles. When I picked it up, my Ford Pass still said I needed an oil change; the oil life indicator was not reset (assuming they actually changed the oil). Tires appeared to be rotated but I needed to stop on the way home to fill the tires. Tire pressure was 26 on one tire and 27 on the other three. Should be 33 cold. The vehicle was not washed either, which it usually is. Very disappointing service. I have usually had a good experience at this dealership in the past. More
