It was thanks to Allan Pena that prompted me to provide 4 stars on my review. The one real problem with the service department is the pricing. Even with coupons, it is still an expensive experience. There were other issues that the car is having that I could not afford to have dealt with at Autonation. I may eventually end up trading the car in. Not sure if I will be doing that at Autonation. I would have a tough time recommending this Service Department. We took the car in for the a/c not working they kept the car for four days and could not find a problem. They charged the system stating Department. We took the car in for the a/c not working they kept the car for four days and could not find a problem. They charged the system stating they must have forgotten to charge after another non related repair. The a/c charge may have lasted two weeks and the a/c quit working again. We scheduled an appointment and night dropped the car the day before. The dealership had the car for two days, with no contact with us about what was going on. The third day we received a text stating the repair that was needed and the car would be ready by noon the following day. The car was not ready by noon and had to be delivered to us at the end of the fourth day. During the the time period for the repairs all of our attempts to contact the Service Advisor was met with a voice mail, never a live person other than the operator. We never left messages because apparently they prefer to do business via text messages instead of communicating with a live person More
