Went in for routine oil change. Always a pleasure to be there. Very professional, accurate and friendly. Service associate kept me updated and informed me when my vehicle was projected to be complete. The there. Very professional, accurate and friendly. Had my car there for a week, I guess for what ended up being an $800 oil change. They didn't address the wheel noise, and somehow missed the cracked windshield that I asked to have replaced. This is the being an $800 oil change. They didn't address the wheel noise, and somehow missed the cracked windshield that I asked to have replaced. This is the same dealership service center that for 3 years told me the transmission issues I was having were "normal," even though Ford ended up recalling the problem after thousands of us kept complaining and a class action lawsuit was filed. Definitely not returning. More
