Our experience with Ford AutoNation in Westlake, Ohio was excellent! We bought a 2014 Ford Focus, and our salesman, Chuck Greene found the car we wanted in the color we wanted. He had excellent knowledge of the product, and was especially helpful with knowledge of how the Ford Sync system worked with our iPhone! The additional instruction class we attended, that he presented was also valuable! We visited at least 5 competitor car dealerships, before settling on the Ford Focus, and Ford products again were the best of the lot! This dealership has excellent service, as we have had our cars in over the years. We have great confidence in Nick Nunnardi in the Service Dept. He has always been honest with us when bringing in our cars, in the past for service, and goes out of his way to inform you about the situation for which we needed service. The dealership has a very friendly atmosphere. All employees were friendly and helpful. More
The people at Auto Nation were very professional. They came to me when I came through the door and asked me what I was looking for in a car. Chuck Greene was the kindest most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with. He treated my wife and I with complete kindness and respect. Never once trying to power sell us. The process of purchasing our 2014 Edge SEL was gratifying and we would and already have, recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have been bringing my 2006 Explorer here for 4 years for service. Again without any complaint and always 100% satisfaction. We went to look for a 1st car for our daughter. We have test drove a few different cars at different dealerships but was not finding exactly what we wanted in the price range we were looking to spend. We walked into Autonation and brought over to Lee Pizzillo. He was very helpful in finding a car. My husband and daughter test drove the car and came back very happy. An hour later, we walked out of the dealership with keys in hand and one happy teenager. The customer service we received was great and we look forward to taking advantage of the car washes they offer. Thanks again Lee for all your help. More
My wife and I was looking to purchase a new Ford Flex. We have been to several dealerships trying to get the best trade in value on our 2003 Taurus. Gary Kucinich test drove our vehicle, came in and gave us have been to several dealerships trying to get the best trade in value on our 2003 Taurus. Gary Kucinich test drove our vehicle, came in and gave us a ridiculous value of $1275. He took off $750 for rust on one wheel well; which is a FORD defect that they admitted to and said FORD has not corrected the problem. Look around, you'll see rust on 3 year old cars and trucks. We had the Taurus rustproofed in and out. He also took money off paint scratches or swirl marks was his wording and the one that gets me angry is that our brakes were shot. Funny, we just had new brakes and rotors put in one month ago and had no problems at all. The value started at $3450, but soon became $1275 value because of lies that Gary made up. The manager begged us on our home phone not to give a bad review and that they would work with us. Our lowest trade in value from all other dealerships was $2500 which was also a FORD dealership. You would think that FORD would want to keep us as a FORD owner, but I guess not. And WE ARE HAPPY to take our hard earned money to another make and model. We are now CHEVY owners. Our Chevy Traverse was more money than the crap we originally wanted to buy, but thank you "Auto Ford Nation Westlake" for waking us up and realizing that FORD still and will always make a crappy product. Be prepared for all of the BULLS%&T that you experienced in the past. Make sure you wear high rubber boots because the S%!T is going to get high. Take your hard earned money somewhere else to where they will appreciate your business. This is the only bad review we gave from our bad experience with FORD dealerships. I now am a CHEVROLET owner because they treated us with respect and gave us $4500 for the ford TAURUS that had only 60,000 miles and WAS in good condition. I first started my shopping on-line. This dealership/Hans Wimmer responded immediately and answered all my questions. I then stopped in for a test drive and Hans let me take it by myself for as long as I wished to test drive. He gave me the vehicle I requested and when I returned, we sat down to discuss the finances. I said I wanted to think about it and he let me go with NO PRESSURE! I really liked and appreciated that. I did go back to test drive a 2nd. and 3rd time, and every time there was no pressure. I've bought cars for years and this has never happened. When I was ready to sit down and discuss the purchase, The dealership offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. So, I now have a Ford Escape which I absolutely love. Great dealership! More
Everyone at this dealship was fantastic from start to finish. My car was totaled, and Paul and Penny in Collision helped get things started with the insurance claim. When I first called there Lee was VERY helpful with the credit application, infomation on the car I wanted and even has it ready up front for me when I got there. There was NO presure at all to purchase and it went very smootly. He even noticed an issue with the mirror and had the part ordered to fix it for free! He has even checked in with me a few times in the past month to make sure I am happy. Ask for Lee when you go there, he will take care of you. I have purchased many cars over the years, as I am a 2 car owner at all times, and this has to be the BEST experience I have ever had. Their service department is open until midnight if you have a day job and they will wash your car for FREE when ever you want. GREAT JOB!! More
