2012 Ford Fusion I was shopping online for a vehicle to replaced my beloved Jeep (gas prices are killing me) when a friend noticed and referred me to Autonation Westla I was shopping online for a vehicle to replaced my beloved Jeep (gas prices are killing me) when a friend noticed and referred me to Autonation Westlake. I called and spoke to Lee Pizillo to ask about a used car I saw online. He told me to stop in when I could. So, on my lunch hour I stopped up and the car I was asking about was sitting in front ready for me to see. Once I told Lee what I was looking for he showed me a few other vehicles that fit me so much better. It was so relaxing to not have pressure to buy something new or lease something and just enjoy picking out the perfect car. I left that day with one of the vehicles in mind and came back to drive the car that night. I looked at a few other vehicles elsewhere over the weekend, but after being hounded (literally hounded nonstop) by the other sales people decided to go back to Autonation. I had gotten a friendly email a few hours after we left the dealership the first time, but Lee knew that I would make a decision right for us so there was no need to constantly nag us. We came back on Monday and purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. A few minor things needed done after taking it home and Lee was right there to handle everything! I would go back to Autonation anytime!!! More

Dean and Denise truly listened to me and what I wanted and got me in the perfect car without trying to sell me more than I needed. Having never leased a car before, Dean took the time to explain the lease process and ensure it was the right decision for me. Denise helped me find the perfect car and took the time to sit and show me every feature my car had to offer and made sure I was 100% comfortable before I took it home. I recommend them to anyone who will listen! :) More

Within 2 days we had our new vehicle... no changes to what was offered to what we paid, easiest people to work with in financing.... BTW they got us a fantastic rate! This dealership is about 30 minutes from our home but we'll be going there for service because of the amazing buying experience we had. More
NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! MANAGER INSISTED NOT A COVERED ITEM I went to your JOHN LANCE FORD-WESTLAKE dealership last week. I have a new Ford-Focus 2014 which is 7 months old with 7,000 miles. I have a tear i I went to your JOHN LANCE FORD-WESTLAKE dealership last week. I have a new Ford-Focus 2014 which is 7 months old with 7,000 miles. I have a tear in my weather/rubber stripping on the drivers side. On the body of the car. Tear is about 6 inches long. Chris the manager said, "ITS NOT COVERED" without even investigating any further. I was very upset. I was totally treated wrong by your manager. I went back to Amherst Ford where I had bought my car. The manager was very nice and said "we will take a picture and send it to FORD" I am going tomorrow to get my "NEW WEATHER STRIPPING put on by the Amherst Ford Dealership"!!!! NO CHARGE! COVERED ITEM SO PLEASE, LET YOUR MANAGER CHRIS KNOW HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! Chris also said, "Good Luck with getting this covered"! Please notify your staff as well as Chris your manager, to take the time to see if things are covered! I hope this doesn't happen to the next person. Very upset, Trudy Pretzlaf More

We set up an appointment to come in and see her. She took time presenting written information to me, for review, on any car I was interested in. She did background work, while we were test driving the used car I was considering, on the history of the vehicle, in addition to the Car fax report. I ended up purchasing the Ford Fusion (love it!), at, I believe, a fair price, and having had a positive car-buying experience. I visited Auto Nation Ford in Westlake to turn in my 2012 Ford Fusion that I had leased for two years. Since I was completely satisfied with Barb and Autonation on the previous lease I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle to replace the lease turn in. I purchased a used 2008 Ford Edge Limited from Barb and she got me an awesome deal on that vehicle. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle, I contacted Barb and she immediately contacted the service department on my behalf and got the issues taken care of the same day. Brenda in service was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Barb Johnson, Internet sales Manager, she is very attentive and will work with you to find you the right vehicle at the right price, you can't go wrong.
