Service overbooks times Bought used Ford Edge from Chevy dealer in the valley. Safety recall for fuel tank was not performed before I bought it. Took to my local Ford dealership and 4 hours later they said fuel tank bolts need replacing because of salt corrosion. They said 30-60 minutes to replace, so made appointment for 10am and when I arrived they said 5 cars ahead of me and it will be 4 hours. I asked for my keys and left mad. So maybe my fuel tank will catch on fire while dragging it down the freeway...great! More

I had been complaining about my new Ford F150 since 5 thousand miles. Two issues, One brakes squealed, not an occasional but a constant squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes, Second, my whole dashboard r thousand miles. Two issues, One brakes squealed, not an occasional but a constant squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes, Second, my whole dashboard rattled. Finally after the 4th time of trying to fix it( I had to resort to duck tape!) I get ahold of the GM, Dennis. After I explained I've had the truck in for the same repair 4 time, they damaged my vehicle twice I was afraid to bring it in. Dennis was in early, took my vehicle gave me a rental for the inconvenience. They fixed the problem I was in for, my GPS was on the fritz (2nd time I was in for GPS repair), they finally fixed the dash board rattle (still quite after 3000 miles), but my brakes are still squealing EVERY time I hit the brakes. I finally take into a different Ford Dealer, and guess what? They said it was a simple fix, unfortunately since Power Ford Valencia refused to deal with it when it was under the one year warranty I would have to pay. The simple fix?? The braking system is fine, the brake pads were bad. As a new vehicle the pads were under warranty for the first year of the vehicle. They should have just switched it out!! How simple would that have been. I've been complaining about it since 5 thousand miles! Well under the one year warranty, they just chose to drag it out passed the one year so they wouldn't have to replace it. Am I upset? Yes. Would I ever recommend them? NO. As I told Victor the Finance guy, I had no problem with the sales people, but once you buy a vehicle your tied with that Dealership. And Power Ford Valencia, unless you have time to keep taking you vehicle back for the same repair over and over again. Dont bother! Another favorite quote they gave me?? "The brakes are just settling in, keep driving". I've just hit 30,000 miles, shouldn't they be settled??? More

When i walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the service was fantastic. They fixed all the problems i was having very quickly and even washed my car after! Mike did a great job, To bad he has to work for that dealer. I feel like i was taken, bought a used truck, bought a warrenty with it and forund out the warrenty will not take effect for 30 DAYS WTF??? dealer. I feel like i was taken, bought a used truck, bought a warrenty with it and forund out the warrenty will not take effect for 30 DAYS WTF??? Day after i bought it had a code ibriught it in they couldn't find it i was told the next time it codes to bring it in with the light on, it took about 1 week, brought it back and i got Mike Owen as a service writer thank the lord he was there. After about a week the finally fixed it. it was a EGR Cooler about 2500.00 mike got it covered under warrenty. More

Greg always makes my experience a pleasant one. I had an alignment done, and not only were all my coupons honored with now problem, but my car was in and out very quickly. They are always fair, honest, and provide quality. Who knew such a delarship still existed? Did I mention they are HONEST? Don't go to another Ford dealership in California if you have a SuperDuty or di knew such a delarship still existed? Did I mention they are HONEST?
