They have no clue how to repair my truck that’s been in for multiple attempts at the same repair. The service advisor told me to “make the radio louder to drown out the noise” for multiple attempts at the same repair. Gregg is an excellent service advisor. I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past. I have not been back to the dealership since my warranty expired, but after this visit I wil I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past. I have not been back to the dealership since my warranty expired, but after this visit I will definitely consider having my truck serviced at this location due to the excellent service. More

Now for the TRUTH! !!!!!! BEWARE SHELBY OWNERS OR ANYONE WHO LOVES THEIR CAR Tech Hector thinks it is ok to take tour Car out and dog it or see what it’s got!!! He ha !!!!!! He has taken my Shelby out Several times after being told not to ever drive this car!!!!! I trusted him till he Was bragging about my Shelby’s hp and others that were at the dealership. He drove my car so hard that I got it back with a ticking noise and engine fell apart on the highway!!!!!! He said that I blew the engine and I am a 69 year old female that he took advantage of!!! I did NOTHING TO THIS CAR! This place takes advantage of women and elderly are treated like you are stupid!! More

I dealt with this dealership because of a recall on my Lincoln MKC. The recall was handled very poorly by Lincoln.
