It’s is very unfortunate that I have taken my car several times to get repairs at Ford Valencia and they are not willing to lower repair prices on my vehicle .also they are the only dealership that don’t hon times to get repairs at Ford Valencia and they are not willing to lower repair prices on my vehicle .also they are the only dealership that don’t honor a rental during the time car is getting repaired. Had to tow my car to service due to a brake issue. Got an email that I was late to my appointment. When I called, they said everything was fine. They had the car and my advisor would be calling. Called three more times and was told all advisors were busy. I could tell from how they were speaking to me they were hiding something. The next day, the advisor assigned to the car called and told me they had found my car in the lot. They had lost the car after the tow company had dropped it off. They tried to blame the towing company, yet somehow they had the keys to the car. No accountability from them on losing my car. More
