Went in for a recall issue and oil change on our Edge. Sam and the staff were great on all levels. They were very busy but the service was completed hours earlier than expected. I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge from this dealership because of their excellent customer service. I just a few days ago had my oil, etc, changed and new rear brake pads replaced. I also had the brake because of their excellent customer service. I just a few days ago had my oil, etc, changed and new rear brake pads replaced. I also had the brake lines recall completed. The recall has been problematic because I made an appt with what I thought was the dealership. It was a main hub number. I started to leave my car for this work and they said they didn't have the part. I waited a few more months and then went in to the dealership to make the appt to make sure they had the part. They did, but when i dropped off my car, they said they didn't have a person to install it. So I had to get a rental car. The dealership paid for it, but it's a hassle to do this. Then the rental car place had very few cars and wanted to charge me to rent a more expensive car. I know it's not the dealership's fault on that, but if I knew that they didn't have the manpower to install the recalled part I would have waited another day. They used to return my car washed too. I guess that's not done anymore? More
