I went in to renew my warranty on my car. I was told to come back with my husband because that’s who (Edwin I think his name was) spoke to a few days earlier. We came back and we’re told he was busy and that he would draw up the paperwork and we could come back Sunday to sign it. He calls us later and said our options had changed (again) and that he would get back to us later in this last week to confirm. Still haven’t heard anything from him. My warranty is about to expire. Pretty crappy follow up with the warranty department🤬 More

I was visiting from out of town on a Thursday when my car started overheating. I had it towed to this Ford dealer and was told the Service dept couldn't even look at it until after the weekend. They did diag started overheating. I had it towed to this Ford dealer and was told the Service dept couldn't even look at it until after the weekend. They did diagnose it the following Monday, repaired it on Tuesday, and had it ready to go on Wednesday. Although they were super busy, they took care of my emergency as promised and it's running great now. Thank you Javier and AutoNation Ford Valencia. More
I had a 10:30 service appointment for a recall last Sat. 11/13. I dropped my vehicle off at @ 10:00 and was told it shouldn’t take long and I would get a call when done. I scheduled this on a Sat. because 11/13. I dropped my vehicle off at @ 10:00 and was told it shouldn’t take long and I would get a call when done. I scheduled this on a Sat. because of our availability of a second car to use while ours was in being serviced. At 1:30 I received a voicemail message to call. Apparently the parts required could not be found to do the recall fix and that I could pick up my vehicle. It took 3 hours to discover you don’t have the parts? Not very happy with wasting a day because parts could not be located. More
I recently dealt with Mike in service Dept. Mike was on top of everything within servicing our family expedition. He was professional, respectful, and very helpful. Mike even helped me later to unlock the top of everything within servicing our family expedition. He was professional, respectful, and very helpful. Mike even helped me later to unlock the valet safety feature that I had no idea how to unlock when I was back home. He went above and beyond for our vehicle and needs while our car was getting serviced. More
