I was satisfied with the repair on my vehicle. I arrived for my appointment on time, but it is unclear as to whether I go into the service office, or does a service rep come out to my car. The last time a rep came out to my car. This time I waited 10 minutes and finally figured I had to go in to the service office. The rep who is about half my age called me "buddy", several times. "Sir" or no title would have been much better. The same reference was made when I picked up my vehicle. I am a customer, not your buddy. When picking up my vehicle the next day I went first into the financial office in the sales building to pay. I did this on a previous visit. I was told to go first to the service office, get the paperwork and then come back to the financial office. Confusing. No set pattern here and no signs to direct me. After being called "buddy" again, I returned to the financial office, paid and was told that a driver would bring my vehicle right outside the door, so wait there. I waited for a bit, and finally the driver drove my vehicle and stopped right in front of the service office instead of the sales financial office. It would have taken the driver about 30 seconds to bring the vehicle to where I was standing after being told to stand there. Kind of like having a valet bring your car around put stop 300 feet from the valet desk and have you come and get your car. When you don't have a perceived price advantage, you have to out service the competition in my view. More

3rd time taking my car for service here and always treated very well, in spite of being super-busy. Michael was my service advisor this time and was really polite and knowledgeable. The service team is second to none! Sam my service writer was absolutely exceptional. Kept me up to date on a very big repair for my 2016 Focus RS every step of the way and got the correct repairs done. A co was absolutely exceptional.
