Poor Service, vehicle Advisor Javier told me it would take a week to repair my Lincoln MKZ 2019. I had an appointment and the advisor told me that waiting was NOT an option as it could take up to 2 days take a week to repair my Lincoln MKZ 2019. I had an appointment and the advisor told me that waiting was NOT an option as it could take up to 2 days for a technician to make a vehicle diagnostic. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH VALENCIA AUTONATION REPAIR THAT I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I drove my car to Palmdale Ford Service and they fixed my vehicle in less than 1 day. Diagnostic was completed and my vehicle was ready to pick up. I don't know what the Valencia service team is doing but they clearly have different priorities rather than satisfying customers. Then communication was HORRIBLE, why did someone book me an appointment if the advisor CAN'T fix the vehicle or do a diagnostic on the vehicle???? That is a waste of time for the customer and that is a waste of resources for the customer. What if the customer went to Valencia from another city just to get their vehicle fixed??? Instead Advisor Javier told me, "your vehicle has not been serviced by a technician yet, I know its day two that we have had the vehicle sitting overnight but we are backed up from the holidays", "you can try to pick it up and take it to another dealer if you'd like". Thank you Ford! More
