These guys go above and beyond to help the customer. I brought my car in for an issue I had before. The car was already out of warranty, but since it was a simple fix (I didn’t know how to do it), they I brought my car in for an issue I had before. I went in on a Saturday and It is not about the people but the place itself needs a touch-up. It is not modern or inviting in any way. They need a much-needed updated feel to that whole FORD Dealership. There were two guys working in the car service office and it felt cramped with myself being in there, I can't imagine when the whole staff is there for 8 hours a day on a regular workweek. More

I brought my new Ranger in because of inconsistent/ hard shifting and a noise in the engine compartment. I was told there was nothing wrong and was sent on my way.
