I did not have a good experience at my last service appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from m appointment, and I am very disappointed in Valencia Ford. I was told my car would be ready by 4pm (I dropped it off at 8:45am). I hadn’t heard from my service rep, so I tried calling at 4:15 and wasn’t able to get through (no answer). I tried again at around 4:45 and left a message, no call back. I tried again around 5:15 and had to leave a second message. Again, no call back. I needed my car for that evening, which I had told my service rep that morning. My husband ended up having to walk from work to Ford (45 minute walk) to find out if it was ready since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone while I had to use our only car to get my kids to their practices. When my husband arrived, all of the service reps were sitting around chatting with each other in the room, which was infuriating, and of course, my car was sitting there ready to be picked up. Nobody notified us and nobody answered the phone or returned our calls, all while they were just sitting around casually chatting with one another. Completely unacceptable. More

I bought a used vehicle that needed minor repairs, and the dealership and service department were diligent in assuring that the parts and repairs were covered, completes and communicated timely. Upon arrival to the dealership for service I was immediately greeted by my service advisor Samuel White. He reviewed my account got me checked in and I waited in the lobby area. It took several weeks to hear from the service advisor once I had my vehicle dropped off. I spent $1700 on repairs to get it running and up-to-speed. Ran okay for only one day then the engine light came o once I had my vehicle dropped off. I spent $1700 on repairs to get it running and up-to-speed. Not impressed with the "mechanic" for my 37500 service of my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened th my f150...there was oil from the oil change on both front door openers...alot of oil...as if he changed the oil did not wipe his hands then opened the doors for some reason??? Also the inside was dirty...the service dept. usually washes the vehicle, but mine came back dirty. I requested 49 psi in all tires including the spare...when I went to drive out of the dealership, I checked the tires...they were all 64 psi. Turned around to the service and the mechanic and his partner took over 20 minutes to check the air...are these guys trained??? windshield washer fluid was empty... WHAT ESLE DID HE MISS??? Mike Duff did an awsome job but I have lost my confidence in this dealership. More
