I used the Ford app to make my appointment, showed up that day, they gave me a ride home, my car was ready in under 2 hours! Autonation is awesome! Arrived 20 minute's early for my appointment. Just basic service "The Works" (oil change ) had me in and on the road in less than an hour 1/2 . They are Useless ! ! I bought a new hybrid Ford Escape , the subwoofer make rathering noise .. they can’t fix it . After 4 visit they figure that it vibration from t ! They don’t return phone calls of follow up with customers when there is a problem .. Ford make nice cars , but Valencia service department sucks … Avoid. More
I took my explorer in for rack and pinion repair. It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy It’s was fixed and then the mechanic found a major problem. I now needed a new transmission. I’m ever so thankful I got the extended insurance policy. Everything was covered and so was my car rental. So, 45 days later I’ve got my car back. Thank you again to Mike Duff and the Ford team. More
