I had a routine service performed on my truck. The service rep..was very helpful ,and the service was done as promised.I paid the cashier for the service and she call for my truck to be brought to The service rep..was very helpful ,and the service was done as promised.I paid the cashier for the service and she call for my truck to be brought to me.after waiting a half hour for my truck I asked the cashier to call fall my truck again ,but still no truck.I then ask the service rep.to help me get my truck he was told the service people did’t know where the truck was.the truck was finally found after I had waited a long time. I made an appointment and mentioned that my car had suddenly died. When I brought my car in to the scheduled appt, I was told they had no electric technician to look at my car and asked if I could keep suddenly died. When I brought my car in to the scheduled appt, I was told they had no electric technician to look at my car and asked if I could keep my car there until Monday and I said no. Then when I mentioned that my car is working fine after someone jumped my car, i was then told that there was nothing they can do if my car was now working fine. It left me unsettled and extremely frustrated. He eventually agreed to test my battery and after asking when the last I replaced my battery, he tells me yep, the battery is bad. That also gave me pause. I left feeling like no one cared that my car broke down and no one thoroughly examined my vehicle to see what the problem could be. Now i'm just hoping that my car doesn't randomly break down again, something that is very dangerous when you're a woman with a child. More
