This is my local dealer, so it’s geographically convenient. I’ve had my truck in a couple times for very different reasons, one a hard to find electrical problem and then Ford recalls. Customer service has been ok, better the first time than second. First time took nearly a month to get my truck back (for the tricky electrical issue). Was also wrongly diagnosed twice before they figured it out. Second time for recalls, attention to detail is frustrating. I’m assuming the work was done well, but some panels not fully snapped back into place and personal effects left in the truck were lost. So, that’s a bit frustrating. More

I had a battery issue with my 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I set up an appointment for the afternoon and had the vehicle towed to the dealership. My only complaint is that it took until the next day for the service tech to get to the vehicle and determine that it needed a new battery. Once the problem was diagnosed, it only took an hour to fix. More

Greg in the service department has consistently delivered exceptional service. I have a '94 F250 7.3L IDI diesel that I bought new. Veronica Archer was excellent at the desk. Waited four days for them to look at it which was not good. They should only give appointments if they know they can work on your vehicle right away. Calls I made to check on status were not returned. They found a shifting problem but I couldn’t leave the car any longer - after four days - so I hope it does not recur.; it was not fixed.
