3 Hours for an oil change... No advanced warning that the service department was so busy that it was going to take a while, and no concern for apologizing for it when questioned. Took my Ford in on July 6th. after failing inspection with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still on. A new wire harness was in stalled and was told a PCM part was on back order. Still waiting for the PCM part.
