Hello - I am rating a 3 because of the delay and condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to whic condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to which I indicated I had a Healthcare appt @ 10:30 4. No updates, communication during this time 5. at the 2' mark (from when I arrived) I sought out the service personnel 5. 10:00 had to find out status 6. 10:10 brought car around The car was not ready for me to drive: plastic, paper coverings still in place AND no wash! I received no check-out paperwork at all. I am still wondering what was done to my car. I am rating it as a 3 and still recommending because I am hopeful this was a "fluke". 3 Hours for an oil change... No advanced warning that the service department was so busy that it was going to take a while, and no concern for apologizing for it when questioned. Fast service. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Came in for a recall and broken windshield. It was all done in about 24 hours. Also xxxx off a low tire pressure light at no charge.
