Hello - I am rating a 3 because of the delay and condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to whic condition of car upon return. 1. Had an appointment and arrived early. 2. 10K mile check-up and just finished a trip 3. Told 60" to 90" to which I indicated I had a Healthcare appt @ 10:30 4. No updates, communication during this time 5. at the 2' mark (from when I arrived) I sought out the service personnel 5. 10:00 had to find out status 6. 10:10 brought car around The car was not ready for me to drive: plastic, paper coverings still in place AND no wash! I received no check-out paperwork at all. I am still wondering what was done to my car. I am rating it as a 3 and still recommending because I am hopeful this was a "fluke". Please provide follow-up. my thanks Shelley More
