We called to schedule an appointment for the same day. The scheduler said it wasn’t a problem to bring the car in. When we got there, they said they were understaffed and there would be a long wait. That was fine as long as someone looked at my tire which was registering low. We picked up the car 4 hours later and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire and they rotated it. A week later my tire started registering low again except this time it was in a different spot due to the rotation. We took it to a tire store and they immediately found the nail that had been in my tire from the beginning. I wish the mechanic would have taken more time to find the problem when I initially brought the vehicle in over a week before. More

Dealerships is great but don’t go there for oil changes! Takes way too long. I have owned fords and Lincoln’s for 20 years and always used their quick lane oil changes , in and out 45 min max always.
