The Service Advisor Christian was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and pleasant. Making an appointment was another matter. My experience with service at this location is normally very good. My last visit had a mixed result. I scheduled my appointment online and listed the items I wanted addressed. The service rep. called and s very good. My last visit had a mixed result. I scheduled my appointment online and listed the items I wanted addressed. The service rep. called and said it was time for the 90,000 mile maintenance. I said okay, assuming that my other issues would be addressed, specifically the fact that my mirror and seat controls were not working. When I got the car back, I did not immediately try out the controls. It was the only the next day when I realized they hadn’t been fixed. I tried texting and calling the service rep. about the controls not being fixed. I have yet to hear from him. I have been a loyal customer since 1995 with several different Ford cars. I would expect a little more outreach. More
Horrible experience. This place is a rip off. I’m not sure they tell the truth either or work things out in your benefit. They are more about money gauging! Bella was the associate. Even though I had an appointment she was late. Then when she finally got me to me she was attending to personal calls with her sister about plans they had that night!! Maybe that’s why she rushed me and didn’t finish up the car to fix the oil leak I was told about. She told me I’m covered under warranty and to bring it back because they can’t work on it right now. Bring that I habe only one car I took it back Snd returned a few weeks later after I made arrangements for a loner car! The story had changed on her end snd now I have to pay for a service that should of been covered under warranty! Like I said if Bella wasn’t so consumed with her personal phone and calls than maybe I wouldn’t of been screwed over! Don’t waste your time here! Oh and they don’t ever pick ip the customer service line! More
