Writing a 5 star review for Andrew Corona over at the service department. I spent some time trying to find a good advisor to work with for the long term. I drive a Shelby and wanted my car taken care of service department. I spent some time trying to find a good advisor to work with for the long term. I drive a Shelby and wanted my car taken care of as if it were their own pride and joy. I was greeted kindly by Bob Self and then referred over to Andrew as he is the mustang guy. I appreciated this gesture. Only had two encounters with Andrew thus far but I can tell he is a service advisor for car enthusiasts and I appreciate that. Hope he gets the recognition for the details he provided. Thank you. More
Service was terrible!!!!!! My car was not fixed after 7 weeks of being there! I called multiple times but your service department (Bella) did nothing. I ended up having my insurance tow my car to another weeks of being there! I called multiple times but your service department (Bella) did nothing. I ended up having my insurance tow my car to another repair shop as a result. Bella was non-responsive. I even called a general manager at the dealership pleading for help. Literally my car was there for 7 weeks and your service department would not provide info to my insurance so that my car could get repairs. I have never had such poor service from a dealership in my life and I’ve owned 15 new cars!!!! I’m calling Ford corporate today and to file a formal complaint. More

Made an appt, went in with a blank check and no timeline and this dealership still managed to make it a bad experience. Completely unorganized, off schedule, and incomplete work.
