I am always relieved when I call for a service appointment and Bob Selff, my long-time service advisor, is there to help and guide me. He knows my 2016 Ford Fiesta very well, and he makes my visi appointment and Bob Selff, my long-time service advisor, is there to help and guide me. He knows my 2016 Ford Fiesta very well, and he makes my visits not only tolerable but easy and pleasant. He is the best, no doubt about it. The technicians, who work on my car, are also top-notch, and I trust their work. My only complaint is directed at Ford for discontinuing the Fiesta: Not everybody in this world wants to drive a truck or an SUV. Some of us prefer small cars, and the Fiesta has been my favorite for years. I have had three of them, and obviously I cannot expect to purchase a fourth. I wish that Ford Motor Motor Company would reconsider its decision to discontinue production of the Fiesta. More

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, but I will have to come back for a third time for same thing. The members on time but the technician doesn't show on time to appt and one time canceled, but did have to come back for a third time for same thing. We took time off work and have 45 minute drive to get there. They did fill our gas tank up to try to make up for it. More
