Unprofessional and impossible to contact or get a straight answer. Checked in Tuesday with a "check engine" light at 8:45 AM via an appointment.. By the close of business and after 3 phone calls and straight answer. Checked in Tuesday with a "check engine" light at 8:45 AM via an appointment.. By the close of business and after 3 phone calls and a like number of voicemail I was informed that your tech found no check engine light. You know "stupid customer". I informed my Service Advisor that the car was in EV only mode so as not to exacerbate whatever the cause of the check engine light was. .On Day 2 the tech drove the car on engine and 'ev+ and immediately got the check engine. At the close of business he was not able to determine the cause. By 5:00 PM on Day 3 I was informed, after calling for a status, that all was OK and the car was due to be released. Fortunately I life close by and got to the dealership at 5:45.. Nearly total lack of communication...No apparent concern for the customer's need of transportation. A tech who trouble shoots and electric motor when the car is in EV only mode. I assume he worked on it from 8 AM to 5 PM on Day 3. Otherwise I can only conclude that it sat unattended for most of the day. Your basic service nightmare. I have owned Ford automobiles for 57 years. I have never had this experience before. More

If I could give a zero stars I would. We bought a used VW Tiguan for my daughter. Since buying it we have had continuous issues with the coolant light coming on. We have taken it back to AutoNation Ford several times. The last time they had it for 9 days. Well it’s on again and they are stating they will do nothing about it as it’s out of warranty. Plus they continue to tell me they don’t work on VW. Buying the car from them I feel they are responsible to fix it correctly. Every time I ask to talk to the service manager Greg he’s busy. Do not buy a used car from them unless it’s a Ford since they don’t know how to service them. More
