Daniel at Autonation Ford in Tustin was amazing, he was very helpful and answered all my questions when I took my car for service on 11/4/2021. I needed 4 tires, front and back breaks and he let me know ab very helpful and answered all my questions when I took my car for service on 11/4/2021. My car feels amazing, I can tell the difference when I am driving it. I liked that he called and or texted about my car such as when it was ready and or what more needed to be done. Communication is very important to me and Daniel stayed on top of it. I trust him and this location when it comes to my car!! I still need a few other things done but he told me they weren't urgent. I like that he didn't pressure me into getting something done if it wasn't necessary but with my breaks and tires, he explained why it was important to get service done immediately . I would recommend taking your car here! More

Well, people and the staff are usually quite friendly. It's Hit and Miss. I love this dealer out of all the Ford dealers in OC, but each of them are hit and miss. This last 'repair' and service, between service advisers and the Service Manager, stories cha Ford dealers in OC, but each of them are hit and miss. This last 'repair' and service, between service advisers and the Service Manager, stories changed drastically but at the end of the day, i got my car back 'early' and it appears so because my trunk liner was not reinstalled and a couple of the plastic brackets holding plastic trunk liner are missing - which I think they just wanted me to stop calling so I got my car early. Terrible communication always. Every Ford dealer struggles with scheduling and communication. More
