The service Manager on site does not want to work with me to fix my truck with 22,000 miles. He is stating that my truck was made in Jan 2016 and is not covered anymore. The manager and employees do not un to fix my truck with 22,000 miles. He is stating that my truck was made in Jan 2016 and is not covered anymore. The manager and employees do not understand there has been lockdown and that Ford policy is strict does not have any tolerance with the coverage even during the pandemic or if you have or had COVID-19.
