There seems to be a large turnover of service representatives. I never get the same one twice. I had to bring my car in a second time because I was not told when I made the appointment that they representatives. I never get the same one twice. The service representatives I dealt with were pleasant and courteous and they were able to get the part replaced. I always appreciate the car wash that goes along with the service. More
