The purchase of my vehicle was a breeze. I've taken my SuperDuty in twice for oil changes. The 2nd time I took it in, I added the DEF and had them remove a screw on the tire. The screw was easily removed at no charge and they also applied a discount code for the DEF with out me knowing prior. How many dealerships would of done that? I have been very pleased with AutoNation Ford Tustin and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

I have a plugin vehicle and noticed it suddenly not charging at the 24 miles it was charging five years ago. I feel that as part of the maintenance program at the dealer they should also be looking int charging at the 24 miles it was charging five years ago. I feel that as part of the maintenance program at the dealer they should also be looking into whether or not the battery is charging properly besides the typical maintenance care. Buying a plug in vehicle is to drive on electricity not gas and the dealer seems to not really be concerned if the EV is running properly on electric mode. Now they want to charge $200 to do an assessment on the battery after taking the car there for years. When I've called to get some info on the operation of the charging system and how it works and why it's not charging, there seems to be conflicting information I'm receiving vs online information. Do these automotive advisors know anything? Very frustrating! More
