Service is getting worse. Scheduled on line, listed the things I needed done, emphasized them when I dropped off the car and to my surprise not all were completed. They removed the nuts that hold the bottom guard on the car on last my visit on never put the 4 nuts back. I found the bottom plastic guard hanging from beneath the car. So I put tie wraps on to keep it up and requested they correct this issue. I was the last appointment for the day, so when I got my car I noticed they still did not put the nuts back on and is only being held up with the plastic ties. Definitely thinking it time to look elsewhere. They lack attention to detail since they took the nuts off, did not put them back on and then did not replace the 4 missing nuts when requested for the service. More

I bought the lease from this dealer and was happy with outcome until I tried to use the service department. No return calls after calling twice a day for 5 days twice a day. Even asked to speak to the se outcome until I tried to use the service department. No return calls after calling twice a day for 5 days twice a day. Even asked to speak to the service manager and he wasn't available nor return my call as promised every phone call. I am forced to use this service location as I bought the AutoNation warranty.
