Brittany is the worst service front desk technician u have ever encountered. Because the way she treated me and the extreme unprofessionalism on her behalf I weed use to ever buy another Ford in my life. have ever encountered. I own to Fords and wanted ti buy a third that was more spacious but with the customer service I received I refuse to ever step foot at Ford again. What a shame. I have all the texts and proof that she delayed helping me, ignored me and just ignored the needs of my car. I’m angry but mostly disappointed that no one ever tried to help me. I had to go somewhere else. This Christmas I’m thinking of a different brand for a car. Thanks to Brittany who made me change my outlook on Ford and what it stands for which is great customers like crap! More
