I am usually assisted by Bob Selff and receive EXCELLENT service from him. Unfortunately, this time I was assisted by David via text, with regard to a problem with my key. I did not receive any responses t service from him. Unfortunately, this time I was assisted by David via text, with regard to a problem with my key. I did not receive any responses to my text messages (which he initiated). Since David wasn't responding to my text messages, I called the dealership and was then assisted by Daniel. Once I left the dealership, I had trouble with my key sticking in the ignition. I told Daniel that the key did not feel smooth and had spiky edges, the way a new key that has not been filed properly would feel. He told me it is probably a problem with my ignition. I told him that my current key does not have this issue. I requested to have the key fixed or a refund. I am waiting for his response. More
Christian greeted me as soon as I arrived. He set up my appointment with the first available date that fit my schedule. When I pulled up I stood by my car waiting. A few Service Advisors walked past with not a word or acknowledgement. Christian was already helping a customer and still acknowledged me and asked what services I would be needing and said he would help me out as soon as he was done with current customer. Seems like a small gesture but at least i wasn't standing around helpless and knew id be helped shortly. Sure enough Christian was the one to help my service needs. He didn't rush me or try to get me out of the way but heard me out and all my concerns and questions. Talked about our cars for a bit. In the end I let him know I had a Birthday email with a discount and it wasn't like most spots where they make excuses as to why they can't do it but he simply said i got you and Happy birthday.That type of service is hard to find now and days so Thank you Christian! Definitely will continue my service needs here. More
I had an appointment for 1:20pm and was there 15 minutes early. When everyone came back for lunch I was not taken 1st. The guy with the cool Mustang was talked to 1st. When they finally got to me a voiced my opinion and my van was taken in quickly. It took about 1.5 hours to do my 15,000 mile service. When I drove to my next appointment I noticed that the rear wiper had been damaged by the car wash and I had to take another hour of my day to come back to have it fixed. Initially the mechanic did not want to fix without a work order from management. Another thing to be disappointed about. When I left this review on their website someone reached out to me and asked that I call back and speak with the GM. I did call back and he was in a meeting and I was told that he would call me back. It has been a few days and no call back. Another thing top be disappointed about. I'll have to rethink using AutoNation Ford Tustin for my next service. More

I am surprised with a dealer as large as AutoNation, that the part I needed was not in stock. A smaller dealership closer to my house had it in stock but I was forced to use AutoNation because of the extended warranty they sold me. Lesson learned DO NOT purchase a warranty from AutoNation. Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning only to be told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Why allow appointments to be made if no one is available to work on them. Monday, I get a call that a part has to be ordered and won't be there until Tuesday. Without a vehicle for most of the weekend and into the beginning of the week is unacceptable. More
