I do not recommend going to Ford of Tustin for service. I was warned not to go by friends but thought they were being over critical. I was wrong. My service writer was not responding for two days by phone I was warned not to go by friends but thought they were being over critical. I was wrong. My service writer was not responding for two days by phone or text, when I got the service manager involved he promised me a call back then I was never able to get him on the phone again. After 3 days of no response, no one who could give me the status of my truck, and 8 days of being at the dealership I went and demanded my truck be returned to me. To my surprise my service writer was there and available and further, they were not busy. Unfortunately my truck was not fixed for the issue I brought it in for and now my remote start and keyless entry keypad do not work. When contacted by their customer service after the fact I was promised a phone call to remedy the situation, it’s been a week and no one has followed up. More
HORRIBLE. I brought my car in to have the front sensor fixed and the backup password fixed. The serviceman told me that it would take 4-6 days. I was able to get an appointment and my vehicle repaired the same day. Bella made the process easy and even took care of outstanding recalls that I did not mention upon arrival. I think what makes a good dealership is the customer service you receive. David was the person that assisted me all through the process. I made an appointment last week to fix a recall regarding my backup camera on my 2015 mustang. After waiting in line at the dealer for almost 30 minutes, they finally took my car to be repaired. After leaving it there all day, I was told they didn’t have the parts, and would let me know when they came in. That is unacceptable! They knew about the recall. They knew what parts would probably be needed, And if they were not in-stock, why schedule an appointment, and waste my time. I had to drive to the dealer, arrange for a ride back home, and do the reverse to pick the car back up. What a frustrating waste of time. More
