Redemption. I was NOT a happy customer. those complaints went all the way to the top of Autonation in Florida. 6/11/22 UPDATE - after many complaints filed, a I was NOT a happy customer. those complaints went all the way to the top of Autonation in Florida. 6/11/22 UPDATE - after many complaints filed, and follow up from Autonation, the Local GM, and his BEST DECISION YET Service Director Greg Murphy, I couldn't be happier. the GM advised he did some 'house keeping' and brought Greg Murphy (an Autonation legend i guess) back. Greg is 100% a CUSTOMER SERVICE rock star. My problems weren't super complicated - it was just irresponsible/uncaring employees doing 100% half-assed-to-no work, and signing off on services that hadn't been completed, or were done poorly. I just wanted it all fixed and couldn't get help. The GM apologized for my 'file' falling through the cracks as he cleaned house, and I accepted the apology. Back to Greg - he just put on his human customer service hat and HELPED. Again, not complicated... just doing his job. My complaints were validated - legit fixed - and i'm legit happy again! More
Difficult circumstances on damaged sunroof part shipped in to repair our Ford Escape Hybrid. Our service rep kept us informed, even when news was not good. Overall, AutoNation Tustin did a great job of ov in to repair our Ford Escape Hybrid. Our service rep kept us informed, even when news was not good. Schedule 30,000 mile service and to troubleshoot check engine light. Service rider called me 3 hours later to confirm service was completed however his technician damaged my drivers side mirror. He stated engine light. Service rider called me 3 hours later to confirm service was completed however his technician damaged my drivers side mirror. He stated the replacement part for the damaged mirror was ordered and would arrive in 48 hours. Delivered the truck back to me with no paperwork to show if any service was completed (no inspection report or work ticket showing what fluids were replaced). Supposed service completed on May 4th, its now June 9th with no followup on the replacement part for the damaged mirror. More
