David Tach helped me out on my visit in the service center. He was super friendly and professional. Even though they were busy, for the 4th of July weekend, he took the time to follow up with me to mak center. He was super friendly and professional. Even though they were busy, for the 4th of July weekend, he took the time to follow up with me to make sure I knew what was going on with my car and gave me an update as to when my car would be ready. I'd definitely recommend this dealership as I've used their services before and have had nothing but good experiences. More
The service was done in a timely manner, however, I was disappointed that the service dept did not inform me that they damaged my driver side door armrest. Understandably, if the service dept had owned up disappointed that the service dept did not inform me that they damaged my driver side door armrest. Understandably, if the service dept had owned up to it i would have expected the dealer to repair it. Since you did not and I did not notice it when I picked the truck up I have no recourse other than to tell you in this survey that you damaged it More
Already used a OBD reader and got codes for issues with my car. I already knew what parts I wanted replaced. Very specific I wanted these 3 parts replaced to save time on them "diagnosing". I also read up my car. I already knew what parts I wanted replaced. Very specific I wanted these 3 parts replaced to save time on them "diagnosing". I also read up and watched other videos of these fixes being done, fairly simple job not complex removal of other parts. I just don't have the space or tools myself. The parts are also fairly cheap about 100 or less if you buy it yourself. Though going to the shop average was about 700-1000 to get these issues fixed based on my research and readings. When I got to the dealer I scheduled a time for 8am and I get there and 1 car ahead. But no one helped either of us for almost 50 minutes. Workers walking around just ignoring us. If people have scheduled times I expect service reps there ready to actually do their job. They still wasted time with a diagnostic I didn't need/want. It took 2 days for them to basically say I needed xyz replaced...yes I already knew that. Then a ridiculous estimate around 1600 for the repairs for a job that would take someone 1 hour to do with parts not more than 400 had I bought them myself. I thought it was ridiculous price gouging and it took them another 2 days to do the job. I think the actual work done was good as issues with the car are gone now. But the execution and communication is absolutely terrible. Customer service 1 star - Service reps communication was terrible. I had to always ask for updates and wait hours for a reply. Initially giving total estimated costs without any itemization breakdown. Quality of Work 2 stars - Only because issues seems fixed but the time it took to "diagnose" and fix is absolutely unacceptable. Friendliness 5 stars - When you're actually there and they aren't ignoring you their demeanor is friendly. Price 1 star - Complete rip off on price. Charge 3 or 4 times the amount if you buy parts yourself. More
Handled my electrical issue with ease and I had the van back in time to go to work on Monday morning. Brittany and Christian did a fabulous job helping me out and I just want to say thank you! back in time to go to work on Monday morning.
